Howdy,
   If Dave Simmons goes the IMAP route, won't he lose all the work he has 
put into organizing his email into folders?  Wouldn't all his mail show 
back up in his inbox and he will have to resort years of mail?  It seems 
like it would be the case and thus be an argument aganst this method.
