[NTLUG:Discuss] Spammer harvesting addresses from this list?

I don't run a mail server (for a number of reasons, money included), but
depend on the services of 3 different providers including my employer.
My employer and Comcast (formerly ATTBI) do a pretty good job of
filtering, really, but Concentric doesn't do it at all, though at some
service levels they (or the parent XO) offer it. On the other side of
the coin, Concentric is by far the most reliable of the three in terms
of getting the mail through at all.
