Er, not exactly.  More like they have 30 days to produce what IBM asked 
for and if they can't, they have to produce an affidavit saying why they 
couldn't and ask for an extension.  If they fail to do this, then they 
would be in contempt of court and the judge could send in the marshalls 
to physically force them to comply with the request.  They would 
probably be looking at fines as well.
