[NTLUG:Discuss] CRM Software

Greetings.

Site I am at is looking to switch off of M$.  The only kicker is, they
are running their Contact Management on ACT, and I have now been tasked
with finding a replacement.  I was wondering if anybody on the list was
using CRM software, and if so, what were they using and how did they
like it.
