CBeyond is a totally Cisco based provider.  Actually they are partially 
owned by Cisco, but it's not publicly acknowledged.  We looked at them 
and were going to switch before SBC lowered the rate we were paying from 
$1500 per month per T1 to under $600/month.  We have three T1's so the 
savings are considerable.
