LVM is cool.  I just hope we haven't seen the last of a stable
LVM.  The Sistina stuff is ... well... not working too well..
apart from certain implementations of LVM1.  The newer LVM2, while
work is progressing, it has been riddled with bugs and actually
lacks some features found in LVM1.  (LVM2 is planned for the 2.6
dists)

Haven't heard much from the EVMS (IBM's contributed lvm) folks in a
while... certainly do NOT want to lose LVM support as we move into 2.6.
