[NTLUG:Discuss] Stupid PuTTY vs. ssh question

We have set up a legal warning banner for our servers.  I set "Banner /etc/issue.net" in /etc/ssh/sshd_config, and if I ssh from one Linux host to another I get the banner.  If I ssh using PuTTY I don't get the banner.  I've looked through the options in PuTTY and I can't see anything that looks like an "ignore banner" setting.

Am I smoking crack, or does PuTTY just ignore banners?
