SUSE's cert is a modified LPI. Just fyi...

As far as vendor neutral tests go, I still like the LPI.
Of course, I'm GNU SAIR certified.... it has changed hands
a few times I think (struggling to survive). They've got
a new website design:

The reason I chose SAIR was that at the time, the LPI had
only finished their very 1st exam (basic stuff). The only
other choice was RHCE, but it really expects you to know
some RH specifics.
With that said... if you do want to pursue RHCE, you can
get a small taste here (you'll need to have a RH login):
https://www.redhat.com/apps/training/assess/
(it's a set of questions that you can use to assess your
knowledge...it's not necessarily typical of the examination...
obviously the hands on part is hard to do online).
There are samples all over the place to help you
out. And there are lots of books. I know you can
sometimes get the older LPI book for the first 2 exams
very cheap at Half Price Books and CompUSA.
