Ok...I still can't see it working...maybe something is configured
wrong?!
I'm using the base VNCSERVER that comes with Fedora...on my Win2k box I
have UltraVNC viewer running (I can see an option to 'disable
cliboard'..but it is UNcheck). Here are my Viewer Stats:
VNC Server: 192.168.2.25
Port: 5901
Status: Connected
Encoder: Hextile
Speed: 20000 kbit/s
I'm able to use the computer/screen like normal. When I highlight
something (like an email) and use the CTRL-C sequence AND Edit...Copy
from the menu - then try to paste into Windows Notebook...empty
(actually has old windows data).
I've rebooted both machines....still no luck.
Thanks in advance?! - Is there a configure option I need to run on the
server? I only found Windows versions of the UltraServer!? And
similarly with the AUTOCUTSEL - there is only a .tar - will that work on
the Windows side...do I 'run' it on both? (Docs were non-existent on
site)
