Ok...to answer my own post...sortof:

Read through http://www.fedora.us/wiki/FedoraSources  for alot of
info....basically, haven't got APT or YUM to work yet...but here's what
I changed my /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources file with:

yum fedora-us-core-2
http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/linux/fedora/fedora/fedora/latest/i386/RPMS.os

yum fedora-us-core-2
http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/linux/fedora/fedora/fedora/latest/i386/RPMS.updates

yum fedora-us-core-2
http://mirrors.usc.edu/pub/linux/fedora/fedora/fedora/latest/i386/RPMS.stable

(NOTE:  Each is supposed to be on their own line...mail client is
wrapping text).
