What version of fedora-release do you have installed?

You should have fedora-release-2.4.i386.rpm

BTW:  I wouldn't recommend going this route unless you were running one
of the Test versions with a 2.6 kernel already - it gets a wee bit messy
(or at least it did for me) when I took FC1 to FC2 test 3 via yum.  Of
course, YMMV.
