Ummm, what part of procmail and mutt are you trying to get to
"work together"?  Procmail typically handles routing/processing
of incoming mail into mailboxes, while mutt is used to view messages
stored in those mailboxes.  

I use both procmail and mutt and they work fine for me, although
I wouldn't say that I have them interacting with each other in any
meaningful way.  I'd think I'd need a few more details on your 
specific setup and what "isn't working" to be able to provide further help.
