That's hardly a fair comparison. If your home wireless network is connected
to the Internet - it's just as vulnerable to an attack as a home network
that's wired.
On the other hand, a wired household network that wasn't connected to the
Internet would be a heck of a lot safer than a wireless one because the
bad guy would have to physically break into your house to connect to
it...with a wireless network, he can stand just outside and get access.
