[NTLUG:Discuss] how do i fix this date issue?

I posted this issue last week and Jack replied to me, the issue is that im
getting ntlug and ntop digests with the date of Wed Dec 31 1969 on them
and its starting to get a lil annoying as all of those emails are sent to
the bottom of my email lists and im not keeping up to date with them.

Jack replied to my earlier post and mentioned that the ntlug mailer
doesn't add a Date: header to its email, and that my mail server isnt
adding the date if it is missing, so my question is who do i direct this
issue to to fix it?
