Thanks for your interest and I have it working.
Earlier I meant Windows 98 recognizes it and connects ok and it works.
I found the solution off google - Actually figuring out the right one
was a problem.
Also the Modem was a Bell South recognised Modem - which they list in
the do-it-yourself site for DSL.
I can send you the one or two page for procedure I found helpful (one
did not work)- if you want.
But thanks anyhow.
