Fuck this.  I don't have time for people to be pissed off at me.  I
don't know if it's ego or the fact that I'm the only fucker who admits
when he's wrong, I tire of this.

I don't have time to have a pissing contest with people on LUGs.  I
don't go around flashing my education, credential, etc... _until_ people
make a "big deal" about theirs.  I stay humble _until_ that time, trying
to offer my advise and help as best as I can.  But sure enough, there's
always 2-3 people's "ego" who come off like, "who the fuck does this guy
think he is?"

Since none of you know me in person -- other than the 1 guy who invited
me to this LUG -- there is not many who _know_ who I am, or what I have
done.  Again, I don't boast about myself, it's not my right to do.  But
I really _hate_ being "dumped on" as the "problem" -- because of the ego
of 2-3 people who take issue with me.  LUGs are not places for pissing
contests and other ego trips -- but I _do_ return what I see in kind.

As some people in my LUG refer to me as, "I'm the nice guy who can be
the asshole that puts other assholes in their place."  At the same time,
I'm the first person who comes over and fixes production networks,
servers, etc..., helps people "in over their heads" (quite often the
same assholes spouting off all the know but really don't) and saves
their asses all the time, without a second prompt.

Sorry, I just got back on-line after being without power for over 2
days.  I live in Oviedo, FL and the UCF-Oviedo area was hit by
_sustained_ Category-1 winds, and almost 100mph gusts for almost 90
minutes on Friday evening.  Not an excuse (because I haven't posted
since last week), but a damn good reason why the _last_thing_ I wanted
to see was someone pissing on my name when I finally got back on.

I've been working with my neighbors in clearing debris, picking up
shingles, fenses and portions of people's homes for the last 2 days.  So
I really don't give a fuck what bothers some people in North Texas right
now.

My apologies to 95% of this list for your having to put up with this. 
You guys are the silent majority that make this list good.  But to the
other 5% that have ego problems with me, sorry to have "bothered" you.
