[NTLUG:Discuss] Re: The List -- fuck it, I'm outta here ...

Dude, you are replying to yourself, as if it was from someone else. I
don't even know you. I did not say anything about you or anyone in
particular. The list has had a lot of off topic posts with a lot of
rambling. I am just saying we should make sure we need to reply before
we do. The amount of traffic is way too high for the amount actually
being said.

I don't know what the hurricane has to do with anything here, or what
you have been doing or any of this email has any relevance to anyone's
life outside of yours. I don't know why you sound like you are pissed
at the post _you_ made, but if you have an issue with my statements,
and think you have a reason to bitch at me, feel free, but do it off
list. I am posting this to the list because I want people to know that
I did not attack anyone, but if anyone has issues with anything I say,
feel free to say something, bitch argue, but unless you really think
_everyone_ needs to be involved, I would appreciate it if you take it
off list.

I repeat, I did not attack anyone. I did not mention anyone's name. I
made a statement about the current state of the list. I apologize if
anyone took it as a personal attack, but get over yourself and remember
why the list is here. If there is too much traffic, as far as signal
to noise ratio, the list loses it's usefulness, and I as the list
administrator (just in case someone missed it) am trying to help keep a
good sig/noise ratio. I am not just bitching, and I don't care who you
are, I care about the usefulness of the list.

Thanks
HAND
