eh... phpBB will let you know when new postings arrive via
email... if that's important.  I don't think you need IRC/chat
based support.... many use some kind of IM already, don't need
another.  Wiki's are great for creating collaborative web
content.  Let us know what solution you end up choosing and
then let us know how it's working out after a while.
