Multiple outgoing links can be tricky.  But it is manageable with basic
host routing, possibly some iproute2 commands.  I'm still a little
confused on why you need this setup (are you dialing into the Linux box
that isn't on the network?).

Now if you want to have multiple inbound connections, then you've gotta
get BGP involved.  That's something that requires an assigned number
from an entity.  But that doesn't sound like your case.
