Surely someone knows the answer to this. It has to be something simple. 
The first time I installed the new box (SuSe 9.0) I had the localhost 
problem describe in a previous post. However, qpopper could retrieve 
email from the Postfix box with no problem.

After I reloaded the system from scratch without the virus software 
Postfix is working. However, now I can't get qpopper to work. I still 
get the connection refused error when I try to connect with kmail or 
mozilla.
