Don't forget Corel Draw 9, which is still available in both freeware 
(binaries only) and commercial package for linux. (license reqd for 
commercial use)

  The commercial package comes with a much larger set of addons.. Like 
1000's of fonts. If you are going to use it professionally, it is worth 
the dough. Note that the original Visio was a Corel Draw clone.. This 
program was the first of it's kind for x86 technology.
