[NTLUG:Discuss] Notebook paper with CUPS

Anyone familiar enough with CUPS to tell me where I can define a paper type 
setting for standard 3 hole notebook paper?  I did this once upon a time 
(SuSE 6 days,) but I couldn't even confirm if it was CUPS I was dealing with. 

My setup is mandrake 10.1 using a local USB printer if that matters. 

I can get into 'define printer' easy enough.  and with each print redefine the 
page to fit.. but with special paper setup at print time, you cannot 'set as 
default' (At least that I can see.)
