the 'large unnamed financial company in Westlake" where I just finished a contract in Sept was even hiring (0) newborns - barely out of school for fulltime Java programming projects.

For those of us looking to re-invent ourselves in the Java space could
you give a rough idea of experience and training for your definitions
of---
(1) new people -
(2) experienced Java Dudes -
(3) Java Developers -
(4) System Designers and Architects -
My definitions are---
(1) new people - Java + .NET cert + 6 mos-1 yr exp.
(2) experienced Java Dudes - 3-5 yrs exp.
(3) Java Developers - 5+ yrs exp.
(4) System Designers and Architects - 7+ yrs with system internals exp.
Thanks,
Robert
