Ah, thanx for correcting my (and at least one other person on this list's) ignorance.
They seem to run slower.
Again, I'm trying to figure out this pricing difference _regardless_.
Especially now that the bridge has been removed.
Or are the prices of this "mystery" NV4x 6800 native PCIe back to earth v. AGP?

However, as I will point out... you are wrong... WRONG... WRONG.
Nvidia now makes a NV40 with PCIe WITHOUT need of the bridge.
MSI has one (actually a 6800.. might have a GT now), BFG now has one..
more will follow.
Here's a linky...

The 6800GT is now the fastest NATIVE PCIe card from nVidia.
Shoot.. there may be an Ultra out there now.
...rest of wrongness snipped...
