I get them all the time, negative scores.  Which means most, if not
all, are autolearned.  Here's just a random header I grabbed from my
spam base:

X-Spam-Status: No, hits=-0.1 required=8.0 tests=BAYES_20 autolearn=ham 
        version=2.61

This one wasn't necessarily something that was learned as spam
earlier, I just grabbed the first one I came across.

That's a good idea...I'll be sure to do that.  I've always been
suspect about the DB, have had a number of strange issues with the DB.
