If you want to see a truly lightweight browser (open source, of
course), check out Dillo (www.dillo.org).  It renders HTML blazingly
fast...IOW, it does one thing and one thing well! 

It doesn't do Flash and JS and all that other crap.  You can use
Firefox for that :)
