Howdy,
 One more card to consider would be a dual head Matrox G450.  They are
available pretty cheap, the drivers are open and they just use an
adapter cable on the second port to drive a composite out.  The picture
quality is top notch, and the only negative would be that the processor
is a little dated.  So, if you were using this for doom, or some such,
it might be weak.  If you are using this to watch movies, it should be
fine.
  I have seen several references to people using this card with both
ports active under Linux.
