Andrew,
  I can't really help you there.  If Novell accepts the project that I
suggested to NTLUG, they will be helping us set up such a project.
Novell approached us and asked us to suggest projects that would get
Linux publicity and suggested we think "out of the box".  You could
write up your proposal and submit it the Chris Cox, out president, for
passing to Novell.
