Okay, fair enough.  Sorry I was jumpy.

And I pointed out that they device works fine with existing DVR
applications.  I'm sure more application support is occurring too.

There are support aspects outside of V4L too, as the FAQ pointed out.
The same things happened with the WinTVs early on, and they were then
written.

Well, there are always I2C issues.  I typically stick with AMD or nVidia
chipsets, and Intel to a lesser extent.  I've always had issues with
ALi, SiS and ViA when it comes to I2C and APIC support.
