[NTLUG:Discuss] IFCONFIG missing

Dude,
Your nic is toast.. If you are not getting a link and you can ping the 
interface, then its way toast... Sorry to hear that..


As for the command, ifconfig.. Its there.. you have to be root to run it.

cd  to /
and then find -iname ifconfig.. I think it should be in /usr/sbin
