[NTLUG:Discuss] shell commands

Each time I start FC4, I must enter by hand the following
command to enable my wireless pcmcia link...

   [root ~]# cd acx100-0.2.0pre8_plus_fixes_51acx100/scripts

   [root scripts]# . ./start_net

I have tried to move it to /etc/rc.d/rc.local, but I must
have the syntax wrong. Can somebody help me with the syntax.

If you know that it is in the bash man page, it would be
acceptable to suggest that I read the fine bash manual (RTFBM).
(if you could suggest a chapter or section it would help.)
