I'm surprised.  I know most ISP's (MTA's) stopped handling
mail from localhost's. I haven't been able to do this in about
5 years.

Obviously, there are no fewer than 234,234,123,222,333,445,323
SMTP open relays in China that you could use :)

For me... I got a real domain so I have a real MTA to go through.
That was my solution to the problem.
