I know we all like free stuff.... and options. So, here is another 
option for ya.
I use zoneedit.com for my DNS. I use a cron job to connect to a URL and 
update the IP address of my comcast DHCP allocated IP.
It's not quite a clean as what people have been discussing in this 
thread, but it works and I've had no problems with them for the past 2 
years.
