Thanks, you are echoing what linuxprinting.org is saying about brands.  
I bought the BJC-610 years ago when they were about the only one 
separating their cartridges into colors.  At the time i don't think I 
even knew the term "linux".  It was an OK printer for it's time but, 
like most computer technologies, that time has apparently past.
