Sadly SuSE 10.1 RC5=Gold and it is badly broken except in 
Gnome.  Really Canonical would consider it (and the original SuSE.de 
gang) beta code.  So it would appear that Kubuntu is the way to go 
for KDE releases and Dapper RC2 is nothing short of wonderful.
