Actually I wrote to ubuntu asking for prices for escalation or indirect
support for integrators, or support organisations. Thier website says to
write for details. I wrote on April 27th and have not had anything but an
automatic reply generated immediately after I wrote. If this is
typical....then......what kind/quality of support can one expect????
