I don't understand most of the messages you included; maybe someone who
understands them can help you.  One thing you could try would be to go
into "setup" and to the "video" tab, and change "video output" setting
to something other than auto or xv.  If you get video working using
another video output, then you'd know that the problem is with the video
output, and not with xine's ability to handle the file you are giving
it.  (And remember to set the "video output" back to auto or xv,
assuming that's what you want.)

By the way, is this problem happening for all video files, or just
certain ones?
