My first Shuttle was a SK41G I think , and SuSE 9.1 would give me fits with
the onboard VIA graphics , could disable in BIOS but SuSE would try to use
or get confused with the AGP card , SuSE 9.2 problem fixed , I changed from
a desktop rig that was overclocked and running water cooling , so I water
cooled the Shuttle for a while , got bored with water cooling and went back
to air .
Love the Shuttles XPC SFF designs and now both my wife and I have one , I am
soon to replace one with a Alienware M9700 laptop , more mobile , but yet
fast and powerful .
SN85G4 V3 , 2 gigs Cosair XMS ram , nVIDIA 7800 GS AGP , 300 gig PATA 133 16
mb buffer , 3400 + AMD 64bit L2 512 cache .
SN85G4 V2 , 1.5 gigs Samsung ram , nVIDIA 6800 GS AGP , 200 gig PATA 133 8
mb buffer , 2800 + AMD 64bit L2 512 cache .
Love SuSE 10.1 GM and XGL , Compiz desktop . Ooooh eye candy . lol
