Try working for an ISP, either large or small, if you really believe
ISPs don't mind spam, or if you are one of those loonies who think ISPs
either invite spam or profit by it.

If you're a small ISP, you won't have the manpower to groom the mail the
way you would like, and if you're at a large ISP, you have a spam-target
painted on your back.

Spammers are the enemy.  If you don't like ISPs, don't use them.  Email
still works without ISPs, by the way.  Just hit 'print' instead of
'send', and use a special attachment - it glues on, and costs just 39
cents... :-)
