Steve:

This is a very tricky issue since you can easily get into trouble.

How about this:  Wait until they post a message.  When you see
it, post a response that states you have done work for that company
and offer to relay your experiences off-list.  When someone contacts 
you, do it over the phone and tell them the truth.  Be careful
to only use facts you can support.
