Postfix with LDAP for lookups
Amavisd-new with Spamassassin, Rules_du_jour and ClamAV
Policyd for greylisting

I have about 8 servers handling a variety of work loads. Postfix is
stable, secure, and easy to configure at MTAs go.

Enjoy!
