Thanks for the quick response....kept digging through the
Yast-->Hardware-->Graphics Card and Monitor  area and actually set the
specific Monitor types (As seen from the changes in the xorg.conf file). 
Once I manually changed both monitor types - and wrote/saved that file -
and reboot....both are the 85Hz refresh I was looking for.
