For me it "just worked, but I'm attaching my current repo file, it's the
latest as updated via yum.

Actually, that is a tar file of my whole yum.repos.d directory.  You may
want to remove or disable the non-fedora files (or you may not :)

You should not need to use the CD unless you want to.  Network updates
work fine.
