If you develop open source software, Microsoft shouldn't be
able to swing their patent axe at you as an individual.
There seems to be a question about what it means for
so called "commercial" entities.  It's not totally clear to
me (and Groklaw and Mr. Peren's don't know either... though
they would like you to think that they do know).
