I'm currently using http://www.dnsexit.com/.  It's a free service that I
have had no problems with.  In the past I have used http://www.dyndns.org.
 At one point, they had a $30 for the lifetime of the domain deal, it
looks like that is no longer true though.  I  had no problems with them
when I used them.
