I've been using zoneedit.com for several years and never had a problem. 
  Although the fact that they lost 3 servers at once is a bit worrying, 
that could happen to anyone.  Particularly if you are using free/cheap 
services.  You kinda got unlucky that both of your servers were involved 
in the outage.

What you really need is better redundancy.  Even though my domain was 
not affected by this outage, I am going to be adding a free secondary 
service from everydns.net to avoid future problems.
