[NTLUG:Discuss] new distro

This is not based upon Ubuntu, this is based upon Debian, which Ubuntu is also based upon. It is actually a custom Debian distro which we hope to provide everyone with in the Debian installation menu at some point. The Debian platform does already provide this and gives us a base to work off of. We are improving it by making it easier to install. XFCE is still too heavy for PII machines., and we are not trying to get it to run on a 486 as some of the distros that have been mentioned do. You also still have all the software available from the debian archive unlike Ubuntu.
