Thanks Chris,
but i know that windows didn't write anything to my MBR on the 500 gig
disk as the 20 was already loaded with windows when it was installed. so
the windows installer never did see the 500 gig disk.
I'll do some more looking before i go any deeper, windows was for the
once in a while time when i need to access a device i have that i have
yet to get working in linux, and for a future college class (i am a CIS
major) where i will need access to a working windows system for the
class.
