I'd second Chris's recommendation of the Corsair.   I have a 2 Gig 
Corsair Voyager that's lasted well over 2 years just fine so far.  It's 
rugged, the cap fits very well, and has a keyring connection on the back 
end of it.  I'd buy their 16 Gig version of I needed another one.  You 
can get them now for what I paid for my 2 Gig drive a couple of years ago.
