I've used Corsair, I've used Kingston and even SanDisk.

My wife's 4G is a Corsair.  I like them because they
mention Linux on a lot of their packages.

Memorex also likes to mention Linux, but they don't
have a great quality reputation.

Your PQI Mp3 player works like a USB flash drive,
albeit a bit large.
